Supplying Website Content & Images

To help us build your website efficiently and ensure it’s optimised for both users and search engines, we prefer (but do not require) that you supply your content and images in the following format:

Content Guidelines

Please structure your page content using the following format for each page:

• [Page Title]
  This should be the main heading, the largest font that appears at the top of the page. Keep it short and relevant to the page.
• [Page Subtitle]
  A short sentence or extended title that summarises the purpose of the page. It’s helpful to include keywords here for search engine optimisation (SEO).
• [Page Copy/Content]
  A few short paragraphs that clearly explain the content or purpose of the page. You may also include optional bullet points to help summarise key information for users who skim.

If you would like specific sections included on your website — such as testimonials, image slideshows, or other content blocks — please clearly label these with brackets under the relevant page's content (e.g. [Testimonials], [Image Slideshow], etc.), and ensure any associated images for a section are specified with their exact file name (e.g. slideshow1.jpg, testimonial1.jpg, etc.).

Image Guidelines

Each page should ideally include at least one image. These are typically used as banners at the top of each page, helping break up the layout and create a strong first impression.

• Name your images based on the page they belong to, e.g. about1.jpg, services1.jpg, etc.
• Images should preferably be in landscape orientation, but they will automatically crop to fit mobile devices, usually as square thumbnails.
• High-quality, relevant images significantly improve both user experience and visual appeal.

If you do not have image(s) for a specific page, we will use free of charge royalty-free stock images that are most relevant to the page and your brand/business.

Supplying Files

If you are supplying this information in document format, please do one of the following:

• Provide a separate Word document for each page, using the page title as the file name.
• Or, supply a single Word document containing all page content, with each page section clearly labelled and separated.

8.A Don’t Have Existing Branding?

If you don’t have an existing logo, brand colours, or fonts you'd like to reference, you can share a website link you like the look of their colour usage. These examples will help us understand the style, colours, fonts and overall feel you'd like for your website. Then we can update the design of the selected theme with a look that fits your taste.

Please note: We don’t offer logo designs in this package — this is purely for design, colour and font style inspiration. Your website will use a simple but style appropriate text logo.

However with WordPress, we use a powerful design tool called Elementor Pro to build your website. Instead of installing the exact theme you choose as a foundation, we use your selected theme as simply a visual reference — then recreate and customise the design from the ground up. Because of this, custom features in theme will not be replicated & the the final results will generally always differ from the theme.

• Standard Layout, Font & Colour Changes – We’ll recreate the theme’s general look while tailoring the fonts, colours, and section layouts to match your branding. This provides a clean, professional result while still keeping close to the original theme’s feel.
• Moderate Design/Layout, Font & Colour Changes – A more customised approach. We’ll use the selected theme as inspiration, but go further with more layout adjustments, styling refinements, and intentional brand-focused tweaks — resulting in a more unique and personalised version of the original idea.

This helps us understand how much visual customisation you'd like for your website. Whether you prefer a simple setup or something more unique to your brand, we offer different levels of design flexibility to suit your needs.

Because you've selected Wix as your Website Management Tool, an active Wix subscription is required. This is a separate, third-party service that covers your website hosting, design platform, security, and core features. Depending on your website needs (e.g. informational site, business website, or online store), you’ll need to choose the Wix plan that best suits your goals. These fees are paid directly to Wix and are not included in our service pricing.
